I have such a young sounding voice that I still get people who call me up on the phone and ask to speak to my mom or dad. I used to hate that when I first moved out on my own because, well…I was old enough to be out on my own, dammit! I tried to sound a little bit older, but it just didn’t work for me. I sounded really weird. Then when I took my first phone sex job, the boss told me that she loved my young voice and that most callers would love my voice as well. Now I don’t hate my young voice at all. In fact, I hope it stays like this ‘til I’m 60!
